29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest system.    At the jobsite, employees performing decking activities at a height of over 6 feet were not protected by a fall arrest system. Employees were exposed to an unprotected fall of over 20 feet to the ground below.
