29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:   a) 4665 Essen Ln., Baton Rouge, LA; On or about February 7, 2016, the employer allowed an employee to paint from an aerial lift basket while not wearing fall protection. The employee worked as high as 25 feet above the ground.
