OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were permitted to perform work from an unapproved elevated platform:  a.)  Parking Lot In Front of the Store:  On or about 03/09/16, an employee was permitted to work from a wooden pallet, suspended from the forks of a Caterpillar V50D forklift, exposed to a fall of approximately 11 feet to the ground, while pressure washing the fascia of the store.
