29 CFR 1926.451(g)(3)(i): Verical lifelines were not fastened to a fixed safe point of anchorage, independent of the scaffold, and protected from sharp edges and abrasion.    a) Jobsite - Employees brick pointing from a two-point adjustable suspension scaffold were exposed to a fall hazard at heights greater than ten (10) feet above the grade.  Synthetic Suspension scaffold lines and vertical life lines were secured to the same anchorage point, wrapped around an abrasive brick chimney. Observed on or about 9 March 2016.
