Employees operating these tools at 120 PSI were exposed to struck-by hazards which included metal collated fragments and 1-1/4 inch roofing fasteners as safety goggles and/or safety glasses were not worn.

(b) Roof, new residential construction located at 510 Birchdale Drive, Milton, GA 30004: Employee was exposed to falls of approximately 21-feet, 3-inches while working from a 6/12 pitched roof with no fall protection system in place. The employee was wearing a full body harness but was not connected to the life-line provided.
