Employees were exposed to electrical hazards in the form of an open electrical box at the base of the ammonia tank outside of the building to the north along Raymond Blvd.    Violation was observed on or about 2/23/2016.    f) Work site was located at 690 Ferry Street, Newark, NJ 07105.    Employees were exposed to electrical hazards in the form of a safe occupied indicator light in the main office area that had no lens cover on it to keep employees from accidentally coming in contact with live electrical components.
