29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, shall be protected by protective helmets:   (a). Worksite located at 3434 Faraon Street, St. Joseph, Missouri- Employees were observed working and walking near overhead hazards and were not protected from these hazards by the use of hard hats.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:   (a). Worksite located at 3434 Faraon Street, St. Joseph, Missouri- Employees were exposed to a fall hazard in that areas of the upper level did not have guardrails installed to prevent employees from falling.
