Note: In addition to abatement certification the employer is required to submit abatement documentation for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.

Note: In addition to abatement certification the employer is required to submit abatement documentation for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.

The employees used a block of wood to access the landing approximately 32 in. above the ground and were not provided with a stairway or its equivalent; on or about 3/11/16.
