29 CFR 1910.22(b)(1): Aisles and passageways were not kept clear and in good repair, with no obstruction across or in aisles that could create a hazard.   On the day of the inspection the CSHO observed the employer failing to protect employees from tripping hazards associated with missing decking for the walkways located on the top side of the oil sump tanks found in the level below the garage of the facility located at 8500 Amber Hills Ct. Lincoln, NE 68526.
