29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): Such programs shall provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers. Location - 2 Temple Drive, Methuen, Ma. On or about January 21, 2016, a competent person did not perform frequent and regular inspections of the job site to identify safety and health hazards. The fall hazards should have been corrected during inspection.
