29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person:  (a)  On or about March 10, 2016, KB Homes, as the controlling employer, did not ensure that the employees of NMH Framing, subcontractor, were safe from health and safety hazards by conducting effective regular and frequent safety inspections of the job site by a competent person, and ensuring hazards were identified and mitigated such as, but not limited to, fall hazards.  Abatement Note:  Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
