29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) On or about 03/16/2016 - 3975 Highway 77, Southside, AL, employees walking around on the roof collecting equipment at greater than 25 feet above the ground on a 7:12 sloped roof were not protected from falls.
