29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(4): Ladder(s) were used for purposes other than the purpose for which they were designed:   111 Birchcroft Road, Leominster, MA: On or about March 17, 2016 an employee was observed working from an Aluma-Pole pump jack scaffold system which was constructed with wooden scaffolding planks and ladders for the work platforms instead of the manufacturer required aluminum scaffold platform.
