29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(v): Fork-lifts were used to support scaffold platforms while the entire platform was not attached to the fork and the fork-lift was moved horizontally while the platform was occupied:  a) 869 Pickens Industrial Dr. Marietta Georgia: On or about March 16, 2016 and times prior, the employer exposed an employee to a lower level fall hazard of approximately 20-feet, in that; it failed to ensure the entire work platform was attached to the forks of a JLG 6036 SkyTrak Telehandler that was moved horizontally while occupied.  Precision Metal Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(v)which was contained in OSHA inspection number 316304120, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 03/30/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 6510 Ziegler Blvd, Mobile, AL.

Precision Metal Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 621680, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on 10/23/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 5 Auburn Park, Auburn, Georgia.

Precision Metal Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.503(a)(2) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 621680, citation number 1, item number 1b and was affirmed as a final order on 10/23/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 5 Auburn Park, Auburn, Georgia.
