29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure:     a) Ironing Area: On or about March 22, 2016 employees were exposed to electrical hazards, while using a Lasko portable fan that was fed from an extension cord routed from an outlet approximately 15-20 feet from the work station.    b) Dryer Area: On or about March 22, 2016 employees were exposed to electrical hazards, while using a Lasko Shop Fan (Model NSC-243, P/N: 02030251/2010)  that was fed from an extension cord routed from an outlet approximately 15 feet from the work station.    c) Folding/Packaging Area: On or about March 22, 2016 employees were exposed to electrical hazards, while using a Lasko Shop Fan (Model NSC-243, P/N: 02030359R/2012) that was fed from an extension cord routed from an outlet approximately 15 feet from the work station.
