An employee performing operations, including, but not limited to, plasma cutting and grinding of metal parts was exposed to noise at a level of 72.49 % of the allowable limit during a 459 minute sampling period on April 12th, 2016; exposure calculations included a zero increment for the 21 minutes not sampled.  This exposure is equivalent to a sound level of 87.6 dBA for the dose and time of the employee exposure.
