29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1):  Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations present potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:    (a) On or about March 22, 2016 at worksite 8800 NE 82nd St, Kansas City, Missouri.-an employee was exposed to a serious struck by hazard  when using a Hibachi brand pneumatic nail gun without eye protection. 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):    "Unprotected sides and edges." Each employee on a walking/working surface (horizontal and vertical surface) with an unprotected side or edge which is 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level shall be protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.   (a) On or about March 22, 2016, at worksite 8800 NE 82nd St, Kansas City, Missouri.-employees were exposed to a fall hazard while performing framing operations at an elevated height of approximately 33-35 Ft  without any means of fall protection by way of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.    Abatement certification for this item is not required.
