29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    At Unit #1, the front East side of an apartment complex under construction, an employee was installing vinyl siding on the exterior wall with no fall protection.  The employee was exposed to a fall hazard greater than 6 feet.    Juan Perales was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 2(9 CFR 1926.501(b)(13)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 495138, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on October 5, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 14399 S. Shary Rd., Mission, TX., 78572.
