At the jobsite located at 16137 Earnshaw St., Overland Park, KS; Employees engaging in residential framing work were exposed to struck-by hazards to the eyes in that employees were not wearing eye protection while operating equipment in the following instances:  a) Employee(s) were using pneumatic nail guns without wearing eye protection. b) Employee was cutting wood boards with radial saw and was not wearing eye protection.
