29 CFR 1910.22(d)(1): In every building or other structure, or part thereof, used for mercantile, business, industrial, or storage purpose, the load approved by the building official was not appropriately marked and posted:     Warehouse #1, northeast section, the Load Rating was not being posted for the storage area above the Warehouse Managers Office.  Various materials such as but not limited to fans, boxes, coolers, and other materials were stored above the office.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment:   In the Server Room, southwest section, the space in front of the 220 volt electrical panel boxes were blocked with electronic equipment storage racks.
