29 CFR 1910.1020(e)(1)(i): When an employee or designated representative requested access to a record, the employer did not provide access within 15 working days and did not apprise the employee or designated representative the reason for the delay and earliest date when the record can be made available:    (a)On or about March 15, 2016 and at times prior thereto the employer did not provide a former employee who requested hazardous chemical testing results with requested records. The  results of the OSHA sampling performed at your establishment on March 17, 2014 for inspection number: 963195.    (b)On or about March 15, 2016 and at times prior thereto the employer did not provide a former employee who requested hazardous chemical testing results with requested records. The results are contained in Table 2: Worker Exposure Monitoring results from Dow Corning IH Technical report; Report No: 2013-10000-69364.    (c)On or about March 15, 2016 and at times prior thereto the employer did not provide a former employee who requested hazardous chemical testing results with requested records.
