(a) 4122 Bunker Drive, Austell, Ga., On the back side of a residential home, an employee was not protected from eye injuries while framing with a Pneumatic Nail Gun without safety glasses.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was six or more feet (1.8m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal system:    a) 4122Bunker Drive, Austell, Ga., On the front and back sides of a residential home, three employees were working installing shingles on roof at heights of 20 feet 1 inches above ground level, without fall protection, exposing employees to fall hazards.
