On or about March 29, 2016, throughout the shop area where employees were exposed to struck-by or caught in or between hazards while operating powered industrial trucks that were in need of repair.  a.  Hyster forklift SN: 03019M was observed to have a non-operative brake light and tail lights.  b.  Caterpillar forklift SN: AT29C10513 was observed to have a non-operative brake light and tail lights.
