29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A safety harness with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:  At a commercial construction site, framing employees using a JLG 400S Telescopic Boom lift were not provided with a safety harness and lanyard exposing them to fall hazards of approximately 13 feet or more to the ground below.

At a commercial construction site, framing employees were not provided with fall protection exposing them to fall hazards of approximately 13 feet to the ground below.
