29 CFR 1926.451(b)(7): On scaffolds where platforms are overlapped to create a long platform, the overlap did not occur only over supports:   a) 3037 Smyrna Grove Dr. Smyrna, Georgia , side of house: On or about  March 29, 2016, employees installing siding from a pump jack scaffold were exposed to a lower level fall hazard of approximately 18  feet, and struck-by  hazards, in that; where the two platforms were overlapped, they were not supported.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(vii): Each employee on a scaffold, not otherwise specified in paragraphs (g)(1)(i) through (g)(1)(vi) of this section, more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above lower level was not protected from falls by the use of personal fall arrest systems or guardrail systems meeting the requirements of paragraph (g)(4) of this section.  a) 3037 Smyrna Grove Dr. Smyrna, Georgia, side of house: On or about  March 29, 2016, employees installing siding from a pump jack scaffold were exposed to a lower level fall hazard of approximately 18 - feet, in that; no fall protection was in use.   b) 3037 Smyrna Grove Dr. Smyrna, Georgia, side of house: On or about  March 29, 2016, employees installing siding from a pump jack scaffold were exposed to a lower level fall hazard of approximately 18 - feet. There was no complete guardrail system in use on all sides and ends, as there was only a single top rail in place.
