29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was six or more feet (1.8m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest system:   (a)  Roof, Vehicle Entrance Area - On or about March 25, 2016 an employee was exposed to a fall hazard while working on a low-slope roof 14 feet 2 inches above concrete. Employee was not protected from falling to a lower level by the use of a guardrail system or safety net system or personal fall arrest system.
