29 CFR 1910.106(e)(6)(ii): Category 1 or 2 flammable liquids, or Category 3 flammable liquids with a flashpoint below 100 degree F (37.8 degree C), were dispensed into containers without the containers being electrically interconnected:    (a)  Thermo Hypersil-Keystone - The Column Filling machine was not electrically connected to dispensing nozzle nor was the plastic funnel grounded, on or about March 31, 2016.    Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------    AVD modified to read     a)	Thermo Hypersil-Keystone  The plastic funnel was not bonded to the metal waste receptacle, on or about March 31, 2016.
