At the jobsite, an employee operated a Hitachi nail gun to perform framing activities without eye and face protection exposing him to the hazard of being struck-by flying objects.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest system.    At the jobsite, employees performing framing activities were not provided fall protection and exposed to an unprotected fall hazard at a height of over 6 feet to the ground below.
