29 CFR 1926.404(f)(6): The path to ground from circuits, equipment, or enclosures was not permanent and continuous: a) Greenburg Building - The employee was exposed to an electrical hazard from two (2) extension cords not having a continuous ground, on or about March 29, 2016. b) Greenburg Building - The employee was exposed to an electrical hazard from a Bosch radio not having a continuous ground, on or about March 29, 2016. c) Greenburg Building - The employee was exposed to an electrical hazard a Patton fan not having a continuous ground, on or about March 29, 2016. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
