OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees. Employees were exposed to a struck-by hazard associated with a collapsing storage rack. On or about 4/4/2016, in the warehouse, the employer allowed employees to operate forklifts and access walkways near storage racks with damaged structural components and which lacked posted load ratings.
