29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:    (a) On or about April 4, 2016 and at times prior to that date, for the employee exposed to an approximate 20 foot fall hazard while conducting roof shingling work activities on a two story single family residential home with a 8/12 pitch roof at the vicinity of 2413 North Pond Drive, West Fargo, North Dakota.
