Worksite located at 1301 Main Street, Trenton, Missouri- Employees were exposed to possible eye injury hazards in that employees were observed applying sand to the caulking materials in high winds and were not wearing any means of eye protection.

Worksite located at 1301 Main Street, Trenton, Missouri- Employees were exposed to a shock or electrocution hazard in that an extension cord being used had its' outer insulation breached and had not been taken out of service. The employer had wrapped the cord with duct tape.
