29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area:  a)  Workplace - On or about April 13, 2016, employees were using industrial chemicals to include, but not limited to, glues, lacquers, paints, and stains, but the employer had not trained the employees on the chemicals hazards related to each product at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard was introduced into the work area.
