29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): A training program was not provided to each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards, to enable that employee to recognize the hazards of falling, and be trained in the procedures to be followed to minimize these hazards: a- 1 Preamble Drive, Block 703, Lot 5.01, Mount Laurel NJ: On or about 04/06/16, an employee performing sheathing installation onto a pitched roof was exposed to falls, in excess of 25 feet to the ground surface below, when they were not using any fall protection. In addition, the worksite company employees had not received fall protection training from the company at the time of the worksite inspection. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
