29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use:    Main Wash Pad: On or about April 7, 2016, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to respiratory hazards, while cleaning acid tanks without a respiratory program to address key issues such as, but not limited to, training, fit testing, and medical evaluation for employees required to use a respirator.      Black Marlin Energy Services, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(2)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1112250, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on February 17, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 6040 Highway 16, Poteet, Texas 78065.
