29 CFR 1926.250(a)(2): Maximum safe load limits of floors within buildings and structures, in pounds per square foot, were not conspicuously posted in all storage areas, except for floor or slab on grade. Maximum safe loads shall not be exceeded.  A. Gypsum Supply Company worksite located at 5875 Hagman Rd., Toledo, Ohio: On or about April 1, 2016, the employer did not ensure the fourth floor landing of the stairway was not overloaded during the delivery of drywall materials and supplies. Approximately 5600 pounds of product was staged in a 32 square foot area of the platform. The entire fourth floor landing had a load rating of approximately 6400 pounds. The maximum live load rating was exceeded resulting on the landing collapsing.
