29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage.  Employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards in that the space in front of the electrical panels, located in the Soiled Utility Room, was used for storage of a three five-gallon water bottles and respiratory therapy equipment.
