29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  a)  At Northwest Corner of Hwy 31 and Jimmy Faulkner Blvd. Spanish Fort, Alabama:  On or about April 15, 2016 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to remove a metal roof without fall protection exposing them to a fall hazard of 11.1 feet to the ground below.
