29 CFR 1926.501(b)(2): 1926.501(b)(2)(i): Each employee who was constructing a leading edge 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    On or about March 22, 2016 at a jobsite located at or near 9001 N Prospect. in Kansas City, Missouri- An employee was performing leading edge work at an elevated height without any means of fall protection.        Abatement verification is not required for this item.
