The distance from the girder to the floor is 26 feet.  An employee climbed over the railings of the man basket to get on the crane girder.

Precision Marble, Inc. DBA PMI International Stone Importers was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1910.178(l)(2)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 952586, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 1/27/14, with respect to a workplace located at 29 Vanderburg Road, Marlboro, NJ 07746.
