29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: A). On or about 04/19/16, at site 137-72 Northern Blvd. Flushing, NY Employee welding on a HVAC system with a torch was in danger of potential eye injury. Protective safety glasses were not worn. ABATEMENT VERIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19.
