29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:   A). On or about 04/19/16, at the site of 22-02 College Point Blvd. College Point, NY    Employees working on the ground were in danger of head injury from falling objects such as, but not limited to tools and material from the employees who installing siding on the pump jack scaffolds. The employees were not provided protected helmets.    ABATEMENT VERIFICATION IS REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19

29 CFR 1926.452(j)(3): When guardrails were used for fall protections, a workbench meeting the requirements was not in use:  A). On or about 04/19/16, at the site of 22-02 College Point Blvd. College Point, NY   Employees working on an unprotected pump jack scaffold were exposed to the hazard of falling approximately 16 ft. to the ground. The work bench and mid rail of scaffolds were missed.  ABATEMENT VERIFICATION IS REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19
