On or about 04/19/16, at the site of 22-02 College Point Blvd. College Point, NY   Employees working on an unprotected pump jack scaffold were exposed to the hazard of falling approximately 16 ft. to the ground. The work bench and mid rail of scaffolds were missed.  ABATEMENT VERIFICATION IS REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19
