OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to falls in excess of four feet from sides of a  flatbed trailer within the fabrication shop.     On 7/14/2016, and at times prior, in the fabrication shop at 101 Huntoon Highway, Rochdale, MA 01542, employees were exposed to fall hazards in excess of four feet from the sides of a flatbed trailer,  including but not limited to a Manac flatbed trailer,  Maine license number 21 TLR 67836 with a height over ground of 52.5 inches, when they accessed the trailer bed(s) to position and move steel pieces from the trailer to positions on the shop floor.  Neither guardrails nor fall protection systems were used.
