29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a)  At 102 Telluride Ln. Midland City, Alabama:  On or about April 20, 2016 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to perform work from a high slope roof without fall protection exposing them to a fall hazard of 10.3 feet to the ground below.   THE JOHNATHON GOODING DBA JOHNATHON GOODIN WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.1053(B)(1), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 470279, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON AUGUST 6, 2012, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 60 TUSKEENA ST. HAYNEVILLE, ALABAMA.
