29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition:  a.   4030 Lawrenceville Hwy., NW, Ste 4, Lilburn, GA (Stockroom) -  Employees were exposed to slip, trip and fall hazard.  Housekeeping in the stockroom was not kept in a orderly manner.  The boxes were scattered all over the store room floor and stacked in a unsafe manner,  creating a fall hazard, on or about 04/29/16.
