On or about April 29, 2016, on the east side of the residential building, employees rigging, hooking wood roofing trusses and operating a crane were exposed to electrical shock when a hazard assessment was not performed.

On or about April 29, 2016, on the east side of the residential building, employees rigging, hooking wood roofing trusses and operating a crane were exposed to electrical shock when performing the work under energized power lines and less than 10 feet to the power lines.
