29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. Location - 200 Meadow Street, Framingham, MA 01705. On roof of newly constructed house. On or about April 28, 2016, two employees were exposed to a fall hazard while walking/working on a residential roof at a height greater than 16 feet above ground level without fall protection.
