29 CFR 1926.1431(h)(2): The trial lift was not performed immediately prior to each shift in which personnel will be hoisted and/or the trial lift was not repeated prior to hoisting employees in the circumstances outlined in 1926.1431(h)(2)(i-ii):  On or about April 28, 2016, at the above addressed jobsite, the employer did not perform trail lifts, prior to each shift where employees were hoisted in a platform by a crane to ensure that employees were adequately protected against structural failure and related fall hazards.   Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
