Jason's Timber, Right Fork of Freemans Creek Tract: On or about 05/09/16, a tree feller required to hand fell trees did not have adequate undercuts as evidenced by a 26in. diameter cherry that was felled with a 4in. undercut, a 22 inch diameter poplar that was felled with a 3 1/2in. undercut, and a 31in. diameter poplar that was felled with a 5 1/2in. undercut.
