29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided:    a- 298 Broadway, Cape May NJ: Workers, not utilizing fall protection, were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 21 feet to the ground surface below when performing roof shingle rip, tear, replace, and other related activities from a residential structure's roof having a pitch of approximately 1 on 12.  Condition observed on or about 05/10/16.
